How to prepare

1. Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and stir.
2. Cook for 5–6 minutes, checking for your preferred firmness.
3. Drain and rinse the pasta, then return it to the warm pot.
4. Stir in ½ cup dairy milk and the cheese seasoning until combined.

For a richer flavour, add 2 tbsp butter. These directions follow the box shown; follow the instructions on your package if they differ.

Ingredients

Pasta: Lupin flour, fava bean protein, organic tapioca starch, xanthan gum.
Cheese blend: Cheddar cheese powder (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), sodium phosphate, buttermilk solids, natural flavours, salt; contains 2% or less of xanthan gum, yeast extract, annatto extract (for colour), paprika extract (for colour).

Contains: Milk and lupin. Lupin is a legume in the same plant family as peanuts.
