Canada
- Standard Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6–12 business days
- Availability: All products
United States
- Standard Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–11 business days
- Availability: All products
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts) within Canada and the U.S.
- $10 flat-rate shipping fee on orders under $50
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info when your order ships.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in the email
- Logging into your account on our website
- Contacting our customer support with your order number
International Orders
We currently only ship within Canada and the United States.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders.
- Some products may be restricted due to regulations.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
- If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and other household members
- Contact the carrier using your tracking number
- If unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date
Damaged Items
- Keep all original packaging
- Take clear photos of damaged items and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos
